3-29-11 Miami Heat @ Cleveland Calvaliers

It was a tough night for Miami as LeBron James # 6 walks the long mile over to the Calvaliers bench to shake hands with former teammates. Heat did play hard and with effort. Mike Bibby’s 7 tripples and LeBron’s 27 and Wade’s 24 points were not enough to stop a Calvaliers win over the Heat with a final score of 90-102.

Mike Bibby’s # 0 shoots the opening 3 pointer to tie Miami with Cleveland. Then Baron Davis # 85 puts in a dunk to take Cleveland into the lead. The Calvalier’s audience came ready to fight… Each time LeBron touches the ball they intensify their boos to a level that would rattle the confidence of the most skilled player. With a 26-game losing streak Cleveland has reason to boo. Calvaliers 2nd turnover sends the ball to Miami, but, a Miami turnover sends it back. Some LeBron fans behind the Calvalies’ bench shout out a cheer for LeBron as he shoots. Hey, could you shout a little louder… Wade takes Davis’ pass but then Ryan Hollins # 5 bumps Dewayne Wade # 3 and words pass causing a technical foul on Wade and Hollins. Ztdrybas Ilgaskas # 11 into the game gets a boo. Chris Bosh # 1 ties score 14-14, but a jumper by Hollins puts Cleveland back in the lead. LeBron James’s basket is blocked by Christian Eyenga # 8 but a foul is called on Daniel Gibson # 1, sending James back to the line. Miami gets a 4th team foul early in the game. Cleveland is playing tight defense but Wade is determined and steps outside of the trap. Baron Davis # 44 on a turn and jumper puts it in. Wade fakes then jumps for a successful basket. Baron Davis # 44 from the corner responds with 3 (28-35) then a turnover sends the Calvaliers down for a dunk. Daniel Gibson for 3 sends Cavaliers up 8 (32-40) but James Jones # 22 comes back with 3. Heat ball, Chris Bosh # 1 stumbles with the ball on top and a pile of Calvaliers tumbling over him. In a dog fight LeBron James loses his head band in a tussle. With a minute in the 2nd quarter Miami is down. Dewayne Wade drives into the basket. Baron Davis throws a last second 3-point shot as the 1st half winds down. Heat goes into half-time trailing by 11. (42-53).

Mike Bibby # 0 hits 3 then another 3 to shave 6 points off the Calvaliers 11 point lead (48-53) J.J. Hickson # 21 gets inside the Heat defense for 2. Wade under the basket gets 2 of his own rebounds then goes to the line after a hit to the eye. Anthony Parker # 18 for 3 that puts the Calvaliers ahead by 10… Alonso Gee # 33 wacks LeBron in the face. Bosh takes elbow to the face and is down at the other end. Heat is taking a beating and bench is looking down with 5.48 left in the 3rd quarter. LeBron is stiffened at the line. Hickson goes on to hit 3 (48-71) followed by 3 by Mike Bibby. Bosh dunks with Calvaliers on his heels. Bosh goes to the bench in a trance. (55-72). Wade for 2 from the corner. (58-72), then Wade hits another 3. (61-72). Calvaliers turn over to LeBron to Wade into the paint and up to the basket. 63-72. LeBron from the back court throws a shot that goes in just as the shot clock goes off. The 3rd quarter ends with Miami trailing 69-75

Bibby starts 4th quarter with a rebound that results in 3. Miami is within 6. (73-79). Cleveland turn over does not result in a basket for the Heat. Parker # 18 adds 3 from the corner to push the Calvalier’s score ahead but Bibby responds with 3 then another 3 to bring the Heat within 4. (78-82). With 8 minutes in 4th quarter Wade strips the ball but at other end gets into a tussle for a jump ball. Heat is playing hard. Bibby ties the game with his 7th triple. 83-83. Bosh is stripped of the ball… Hollins # 5 races to the basket with James Jones blocking and LeBron goal tend call sending Parker to the line (83-90) the Heat’s hard work did not pay off.

3-30-11 Miami Heat @ Washington Wizards

The Miami Heat whirls pass the Washington Wizards in the 4th quarter but not without a brawl. In the 2nd quarter Zydrunas Ilgauskas # 11 takes a stand that says get back jack and elbows Wizards John Wall # 2 who takes it personal. Like the middle east, conflict spreads. Z’s ally Juwan Howard # 5 says, Bro I got your back and steps in to defend his team mate. In the end Ilgauskas, Howard and Wall are all ejected from the game.

A long inbound toss to Dewayne Wade # 3 at the other end sends Wade racing into the paint but Jordan Crawford # 15 is dead on his heals and flattens Wade sending him skidding out of the court towards the stands. Fast ball movement LeBron James # 6 zigs and zags into the paint and spins one in. Chris Bosh # 1 drives in and scores. O boy, Heat is getting their rhythm but Javal McGhee # 34 is holding a blocking clinic under the Heat’s basket. Get that man out of there. Bosh knows what time it is and knows McGhee’s move…Bosh ducks so McGhee goes flying. Then Bosh goes up with an easy move. Now a gang of 4 white shirt Wizard thieves surround LeBron and make a steal. Send them all to jail. Do no pass Go. Hey, Mo Evans # 6 give that ball back to Wade. Wade – to the left, to the left – up with perfect timing just before a Wizard’s Houdini hovers on his back. Wizards have narrowed down to a science how to strip Wade of the ball. Wade hits a 3 and at the other end Andray Blatche # 7 gets a foul and flirts with a technical foul. Take a seat on the bench and send Lebron to the line. (77-68) On the bench Blatche is still yapping. Throw him another technical for bobbing his head. Can we get back to the game. LeBron speeds up his momentum to the basket with a define intent to put it in and yo it’s in. Jeffers Othyus # 12 speeds up tempo and makes it into the defense for a point. Jeffers gets a foul on LeBron but misses at the basket. Heat has good ball movement but the Wizards are hot on their trail. A blocking foul on McGhee # 34 sends LeBron to the line. (87-78

Going into the 4th quarter Heat is leading by 7. James Jones # 22 receives a fast pass and sends it sailing for a triple. Jordan Crawford # 15 answers with a triple but James is hot with another triple. A scuffle in the Wizard’s paint leads to a jump ball. “Hey ref, what are you sleeping, make that call.” LeBron is pissed. But, a late call jump ball results in a basket to Wizards. Mo Evans fouls LeBron by pulling his shirt as LeBron charges to the basket. “Hey, let the man’s shirt go.” But a technical foul on LeBron sends Crawford to the line. Hey LeBron the best way to get even is to play well. . .LeBron steps back and delivers a long 2. (108- 99). Then Eddie House # 55 for 3 (113-104). James Jones adds 3 from the corner with a 1.21 minute left in the 4th quarter. Eddie House steals and passes to LeBron who holds the ball as time slowly ticks away then LeBron shoots a jumper for 3. (118 -104). With instinct and timing Wade denies Blaches # 7 leaving him growling. That felt so good it puts a smile on Wade’s face and sends him to the line. An offensive foul takes Jones # 22 to the floor. Mike Bibby # 0 with a long 3 is followed by Jordon Crawford # 15 answering with 3. Heat wins with a final score 123-107.

3-10-11 Miami Heat v LA Lakers

It’s all clear you can come out now. The tsunami left a trail of losses but did not kill our spirits. In the 1st quarter, the bench comes in strong. Zydrunas Ilgauskas # 11 puts on armor and sends Lamar Odom # 7 to the floor; Mike Miller # 13 adds 3. LeBron hangs in the air to align with the basket and shoots just as the clock goes off.

In the 2nd quarter, James LeBron # 6 to Chris Bosh # 1 under the basket for 2. Miami maintains a close lead. Kobe Byrant # 24 throws a 3 to tie the score 36-36… Mike Miller responds with 3 pushing Miami back in the lead. Bosh does a backup dribble for 2 but Ron Artest # 15 is close on the trail and adds 3. Bosh comes back with a jumper for 2. Half time tries to end with an even score but Bosh tips in and rescues the timid lead.

In the 3rd quarter, Artist # 15 has studied Wade’s moves and stripes D of the ball. However, Wade comes back and throws for 3 to take Miami into the lead. . . Now, Derek Fisher # 2 contributes 3 to push the Lakers ahead 68-62 with 4:22 minutes left in the 3rd. Wade with a jumper … then LeBron slams into the basket to bring the heat within 2. Turnovers threaten the landscape but the outlook is good. Bosh hustling his heart out climbs 3 rows into the stands after a ball . . . then his layup puts Miami back in the lead 77-78.

In the 4th quarter with 5 minutes to play and the score is tied 80-80, Miami’s flat line is pumped with adrenalin as the fans shout “DEFENSE”… “LET’S GO. “ Wade penetrates the LA defense and steps into the paint to add 2. But Kobe from the corner responds with 3 giving the Lakers a 1 point lead 85-84. Then Bosh throws down for 2 followed by Wade with another to put the Heat 3 points in the lead. Kobe is persistent for a win and adds another 3. Now, the score, tied again, with seconds left in the game. Wade’s conviction takes over his mind as he says, “Bye-Bye,” with a steal; then throws to LeBron who tears the house down for 2 . . . Wade adds another 2. . . Kobe throws up but the bell rings him out. Finally, King LeBron goes to the line to nail the score 88-94. . . Meanwhile, the Dow plunged 228 points today, but corporate earnings reached all time highs.

3-8-11 Miami Heat v Portland Trailblazers

Portland leaves a trail blazing over the Miami Heat. 105-96. There was a brutal after current, but not the end of the world. Don’t let it take you out of the game. Jim Cramer says take the pain as a temporary position – don’t go selling everything and walk away from all your winners just because of a temporary losing position. Bear through some pain for a team that has given you pleasure in the pass.

3-4-11 Miami Heat v San Antonio Spurs

Tonight’s game depends on what the Heat had for lunch. Dewayne Wade # 3 steps on the court with Mario Chalmers # 15, LeBron James # 6, Eric Dampier # 25 and Chris Bosh # 1 against the best team in the NBA. The game starts with the Spurs gaining the tip for 2. After a series of missed opportunities, Bosh puts Heat on the scoreboard. Manu Ginobili # 20, with 8 of the Spurs first 9 points shoots 3 from the corner. Bosh throws a jumper for 2. LeBron with a pass from Eric Dampier dunks as the fans give the King no respect. Richard Jefferson # 24 runs into the defense but is stopped and sent to the line… Wade contributes 3, but Matt Bonner # 15 answers with 3 and Tim Dunkin # 21 goes up and in for 2. Then Wade is stopped with an offensive foul… then LeBron is hit with an offensive foul because the Ref can’t see. The Spurs shoot another triple despite Bosh being all over him. A long 3 point by Bonner # 15 leverages the Spurs 12:28. Wade is blocked by DeJuan Blair # 40 followed by a triple by Gary Neal # 14 pushing the score 12-31, then Blair # 40 strips Wade and Bonner # 15 hits another 3. The 1st quarter ends with the Heat down 12-36.

In the 2nd quarter, getting through tight defense Bosh makes it to the hoop… A pass from LeBron sends Bosh back into the war zone for a slam-dunk. A past from Mike Bibby # 0 to Bosh at the rim and it’s good. Bair hammers in 2 then LeBron hangs in mid air to the basket. Mike Miller # 13 gets a double triple reducing the lead but Jefferson # 24 goes on to hit the Spurs’ 10th triple in the first half. Running on low fuel approaching the end of the first quarter, the Heat is down by 12. (50-62)

With sharp shooters at each corner of the Spurs court waiting to add 3 points; it’s hard for Heat defense to cover the spread. Down 14, Wade drives into the paint for 2…then gets to the rim and adds 2. Ginobili # 20 has studied Wade’s moves and strips him of the ball. An offensive and a technical foul are called on Parker for a push then smart talking the official. A flagrant foul 2 is called on Dampier sending him out of the game. The 3rd quarter has a low flame ending with the Heat trailing 72-94.

In the 4th quarter, LeBron climbs for a dunk and another 3 but the Spurs convert turnovers into triples and persistently respond with 3 for 3’s. The heat is unbearable in the ATT Center, a house of pain with 17 triples against Miami and a final score of 95 -125. The Heat is having a bad quarter but don’t get lost in the pain. Good investments always come back.

3-3-11 Miami Heat v Orlando Magic

Miami Heat welcomes Mike Bibby who gave up some doe and travelled from Atlanta by way of the Washington Wizards to wear Heat jersey # 0.
The Heat starts with a kung fu warm up being up 2 games in the series. But the Magic comes with confidence having won its last 3 games. LeBron James # 6 throws up his dust but the night will tell where the Magic falls. The game starts with a problem jump then a re jump.
Jason Richardson # 23 from Michigan State shoots up over Wade to put Orlando on the scoreboard. Wade fires back with 2 points to bring the Heat score back into the lead. (8-9) But the Magic quickly comes back. A block by Eric Dampier # 25 stops a Magic shot but at the other end, the Magic returns the block. But, Wade gets a rebound and gets it in. Dewight Howard # 12 with good timing gets a Magic rebound and adds 2 (17-14). With nearly 5 minutes left in the 1st quarter, LeBron with perfect timing passes to Bosh who gets the point and the foul for a 3-point play bringing the score to a tie 17-17.
Some fast ball movement as Chalmers gets a steal and sends LeBron charging to the basket. Wade breathing hard goes to the bench replaced by Mike Miller # 13 and James Jones # 22 covers for Bosh. LeBron is tripped in the paint by Hedo Turkoglu #15 but not before getting the ball up and in adding 2 points. The fans welcome Mike Bibby’s first entrance in Heat Jersey # 0. With seconds left in the first quarter there is tight defense on the Heat. LeBron shoots a solid shot just inside the 3-point line to push Miami’s lead. The first quarter ends with Miami leading 24-34.
Anthony gets the first rebound in the 2nd quarter. Wade’s jumper adds 2 plus 1 at the line to give the heat a 13-point lead (24-37). Wade down the floor drops 2 points over J.J. Redick # 7 who gets 3 Magical fouls in 6 minutes. Another 3 points by Wade pushes the Heat lead (24-40). Joel Anthony # 50 stops a Magic shot sending Ryan Anderson # 33 to the foul line. Wade perfectly timed at the rim keeps Bosh’s shot alive.
Wade zigs and zags in a z formation to the basket for 2. Turkoglu # 15 responds with 3; then LeBron adds 2. Two for the price of one, a double foul is called on Erick Dampier # 25 and Dewight Howard # 12. LeBron throws down for 3. Rebound timing is off letting Orlando get its own rebound. Biddy gets his first 3-point shot then goes on for a rebound. Tur koglu # 15 tries but does not stop LeBron’s turn and jump for 2. (39-53). Defense crowds LeBron but he manages a pass to Miller for a successful shot. (39-57). Wade runs into Richardson in the paint sending Wade to the line for 2. (39-61). Ryan Anderson # 33 gets warmed up hitting 3 from the corner.
With 1 second left in the 1st half, Miller throws a 3 pointer from deep in the back court and it goes in, but a little too late. Miami leads by 18 at the end of the first half. (45-63).
The Magic throws their dust on Wade in the 3rd quarter as Wade picks up his first foul on Turkoglu # 15. After Bosh shoots a successful 2-pointer, Brandon Bass # 30 throws the Magic dust at Bosh sending him to the line but Bosh uses his finesse adding 2 at the line and going on for a rebound. Turkoglu # 15 gets his 4th foul. More Magic dust is thrown at Wade sending him to the line but with assurance he leaves the line with 2. (49-69). The Magic dust is working in favor of the Heat as Orlando turns over the ball to the Heat and Mario Chalmers goes for 3. Wade fouls Dewight Howard # 12 sending him to the line and he misses 2. Then LeBron leaves Turkoglu #15 stuck in the dust as he makes a slam into the basket. (49-73). But Richardson in the corner is warming up his Magic adding 3. (52 -73).
Now the Magic blocking then fouling Wade, reverses Wade’s magic at the foul line. A rebound then a block by Dampier gives Howard a 3rd foul and keeps Bass # 30 from the basket, but he recovers at the line with 2. The magic throws some wonder dust as a strange play causes LeBron’s ball to bounce off Bosh’s head. LeBron recovers with a rebound and a long 2-pointer. (56-75). With nearly 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter Orlando defense intensifies sending the Heat into a downward spin with several Heat turnovers. The Magic sends 3-point Richardson to the rescue. Fast ball movement by Dampier adds 4 to the Heat score but Dewight Howard # 12 responds with a reverse spin on Dampier for 2. (66-77). James Jones’ defense stops the Magic, for now. The 3rd quarter ends 71-80.
Bosh starts the 4th quarter with low energy missing his first point. Then Wade races a ball down but is fouled at the basket and the magic dust shuts him down at the free throw line. 3-point Jason Richardson # 23 to the rescue magically brings the score to a tie. (82-82). Gilbert Arenas # 1 adds 2 then 3 points, magically moving Orlando into the lead. (87-82). Magic defense will not let them shoot as Dewight Howard hammers Mario Chalmers’ smooth move to the basket. After a spell, Bosh finally gets a few points and a rebound. Then Dampier throws down a dump and a 3-pointer but the Heat is still trailing. Three minutes left in the 4th quarter the Heat is in a dog fight. With 20 seconds left in the 4th quarter the Heat is down by 3 (99-96).
Sweat running down his face, Wade is fouled with 9 seconds sending him to the line. He brings the score within 1 point (97-96). The game is down to a final point with seconds left in the game. A foul sending J.J. Redick # 7 to the line pushes the Magic score up 2; Miami trails by 3. The game boils down to a 3-point shot. When it comes down to the wire, the sum total of a champion boils down to the play when the most pressure is applied. The winning point comes where the rehearsal has taken place in the mind. Relentless in the second half the Magic comes back to win with a final score of 99-96.

2-27-11 Miami Heat v New York Knicks

On Sunday evening, the Heat Fans settle in to watch the Carmello- Stoudemire vs King James-Wade-Bosh show. Chris Bosh’s jumpers contribute to the Heat’s initial lead. (17-12) Wade jumps and with a shift from the right to the left hand sends the basketball to the hoop and Billups # 4 goes to the line. With 1.25 minute left in the 1st quarter Miami leads 21-30. LeBron James # 6 passes to Mario Chalmers # 15 who gets jammed under the backboard. Carmello Anthony # 7 gets a rebound and races from coast to coast for 2. A foul by New York’s Ronny Turiaf # 14 sends Joel Anthony # 50 to the line.
In the 2nd quarter Dewayne Wade gets past Stoudemire for 2. (27-36). But the energy takes a turn. Tony Douglas # 23 adds 3, then Wade mis-steps with a dribble out of bound and Mike Miller # 13 lands on the floor. Wade collides into Joel on Stoudemire # 1, Miller for 3. Wade headed up the lane trips… New York’s fast ball movement leads to a turnover. LeBron gets a rebound down the land to House for 2. (36-49). Sandwiched between LeBron and Joel Anthony # 50, Stoudemire draws a foul on LeBron. Walker shuts down Bosh and the Knicks get their 5th turnover. With 4:17 left in the 2nd quarter Bosh shoot a 3-pointer; then another 3 pointer in the final second of the 2nd quarter. Failure to close in the 4th quarter puts the Knicks in the lead. Stoudemire blocks James’ crucial point needed for a win. The Knicks go on to win 86-91.

2-25-11 Miami Heat v Washington Wizards

Mario Chalmers # 15 gets warmed up making 9 of the Heat’s first 20 points. Dewayne Wade # 3 starts the 2nd quarter with 6 points. Just before the shot clock expires Wade goes into the paint for 2. At the other end he gets the rebound and reverses direction and its Wade again for 2 to take the Heat back into the lead. Then, with confidence and rhythm Wade adds another 3 then another plus the foul. YI Jianlian # 31 shoots a long 3-point. And Nick Young # 1 hits 3. Then Wade gets a long shot from the corner. Maurice Evans # 6 fouls LeBron then stomps his foot and gets a technical foul for unsportsmanlike conduct. Wade goes out with 23 points in the 2nd quarter. LeBron races down the court then up and in and gets a foul sending him to the line. Seven-foot JaVale McGhee # 34 hits LeBron in the face sending LeBron back to the line. (58-61) Josh Howard # 5 gets his 3rd foul sending Zydrunas Ilgauskas # 11 to the line for 2. A steal by Wade sends him down the court all alone for a basket but…. (66-71)…. Wade is holding his left knee. Bosh adds 2 sending the Heat up by 5. Nick Young # 1 is on the floor in pain with his shoe off as the game goes on at the other end. (73-73). The game pauses while Young leaves the court. McGhee gets a goaltending call for stopping Eric Dampier’s shot. LeBron makes a long 2. (73-77)
Chris Bosh blocks John Wall # 2 and gets a rebound. (75-77) A pass from Mario Chalmers # 15 sends Eric Dampier # 25 to the rim to bring the score to 78-79. Refs are not always invisible, I see you over there on the floor. Chalmers adds 3 points at the end of the 3rd quarter. (84-88)
In the 4th quarter Z # 11 bocks Nick Young # 1 giving Wade an opportunity to race back down the court for 2. Then with a pass Wade gives back to Z the opportunity for 2 points. Bosh ends on the floor but not before he gets it up and in to take Miami’s score over 100. A Bosh rebound sends Wade down the court but he is folded and sent to the line. With 5 minutes remaining Wade hits his 40th point the Heat goes on for a win. (113-121)

2-24-11 Miami Heat @ Chicago Bulls

LeBron James # 6 throws down with a back hand then races to the rim taking Miami into the lead 9-7. Then Dewayne Wade # 6 blocks a shot and runs down to the other end where Eric Dampier# 25 takes the pass and dunks it into the basket. Wade dribbles the shot clock down to 3 then shoots from the corner. LeBron for 2 then Mario Chalmers # 15 for a basket. Chicago defense tightens with a steal from Wade as he goes up to the basket… House to Wade for a score. (33-27).
Chicago’s Kyle Korver # 26 adds 3 to the score board. Bosh falls backwards but spins the ball into the basket as he stumbles and adds 2 more at the line. (39-34). Chalmers for 3 (42-34) then LeBron’s rebound sends him down court towards the basket and a pass to Wade adds 2 more to the score. Derrick Rose # 1 shoves Mario Chalmers # 15 while LeBron steals at the other end. The Heat leads at half-time 57-49.
In the 3rd quarter there is a shift of energy as Joakim Noah # 13 draws an offensive foul on LeBron and Chicago tips the ball back in. Contact between Luo Deng # 9 and Wade causes a technical foul on Wade and Miami suffers a turn over. Then Rose # 1 shoots over Chalmers to take Chicago into the lead. By the end of the 3rd quarter Miami is trailing 67-71.
In the 4th quarter Chicago is running down points and tightens their defense. After a steal from Miami, Chicago races down the court but the basket is not good and the Heat rebound sends LeBron to the paint at the other end for 2. Noah’s 4th foul sends LeBron to the line. Noah, gaining his 5th foul brings a stop to Bosh. A pass from Wade to Chalmers adds 3 to the score and brings the Heat in the lead by 2 (82-80). Carlos Boozer # 5 anticipates and races where LeBron is headed… Jones takes a fall on his hip. Chicago’s # 26 Kyle Korver shoots a 3-pointer. Then Chalmers gets an offensive foul and Rose # 1 adds 2 with 2:5 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Deng # 9 adds 2. (84-87) Miami is trailing by 3 with 1:19 minute in the 4th quarter. Chicago adds 2 on a long shot. With 1:06 Wade adds 2. (86-89). With 36 seconds left, Lebron scores at the line tying the score 89-89. LeBron is tight on Rose. With 16 seconds Deng goes for 3…He makes it. Now the score is 89-92. The Heat does not capitalize on an opportunity for 3 and sends Chicago to the line once more. Chicago claims victory with a score of 89-93.

2-22-11 Miami Heat v Sacramento Kings

Dewayne Wade # 3 pumps up, down, up to put Miami on the scoreboard. Then a pass from LeBron James # 6 to Mario Chalmers # 15 adds 2. Heat to the rebound and a pass to LeBron puts Miami with a 12 point lead. (12-24) Eddie House # 55 adds 3 points with a few seconds left in the 1st quarter.
In the 2nd quarter a pass to House from Wade for 3. Joel Anthony’s defense sends a King to the floor. Miami leads at half time 44-63. In the 3rd quarter Chirs Bosh # 1 adds 2 and LeBron adds 3 for a quick 5 points.(70-48). LeBron fouls Jason Thompson # 34 sending him to the line for 1. (74-51). Bosh does a skip jump to add 2 and LeBron then Wade both add 3 taking the Heat lead to 82-53, but LeBron’s 3rd foul sends him to the bench with Udonis Haslem # 40. Mario goes into the paint from left to right and into the basket. A long throw from Wade to LeBron but the ball gets away. At the line Mario Chalmers rings the register. The 4th quarter starts with a Heat 3-second violation. Bosh recovers with 2 points then Wade with a steal races down the court for an easy layup. This time Wade takes the score over 100. Luther Head # 9 adds 3 for the Kings. Joel Anthony’s ball goes in and out but Joel puts it back in. With 5 minutes left in the quarter Wade throws the ball up as he stumbles to the floor but like a pet that knows its master the ball finds its way to the basket.
